Any advice provided to families via direct interaction with the AFF team will be based on their individual circumstances and may not be applicable to others. Any advice received direct from AFF via email or social media should not be redistributed or shared without AFF’s permission.
Abusive behaviour towards the AFF team will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to terminate phone calls, email exchanges and face to face engagement where the enquirer is behaving in an abusive manner. This includes, but is not limited to, swearing, threatening language, and harassment.
